Nossos Problemas São Um Despertador

Pergunta: Um amigo meu foi confrontado com uma série de problemas que lhe causou dor e raiva para com a força superior. Nesta situação, é difícil para ele se agarrar à ideia de doação. Como podemos ajudá-lo a relacionar os “golpes do destino” à meta? O que lhe falta para isso?

Resposta: Ele não tem a força de superação.

Depois de me encontrar em apuros, eu começo a me culpar por erros do passado e me debato nas garras dos infortúnios. E a seguinte sequência se desenvolve:

1. Será que eu posso “cobrir” tudo isso com a aceitação do governo superior? Afinal, a essência do problema é a “ajuda contrária ao Criador”, que é projetada para me fazer pensar Nele, lembrar que mesmo a infelicidade vem Dele.
2. Eu entendo que eles são orientados à meta.
3. Eu não me “agarro” a eles, mas à meta, a qual eles me levam.
4. Eu estou ciente de que eles me direcionam para cima para que eu os supere e me apegue ao Criador, porque na adesão com Ele, eu vou conseguir as melhores condições possíveis, vou me juntar ao Bom que Faz o Bem.

Eu tenho que passar por tudo isso. E se eu não estiver com problemas, o meu desejo, o meu egoísmo, minha natureza, não vão me dar nem um segundo para pensar sobre o objetivo da vida. É possível despertar o egoísmo sem problemas?

Our Troubles Are An Alarm Clock

Question: A friend of mine was faced with a string of troubles that caused him pain and anger at the upper force. In this situation, it is difficult for him to hold onto the idea of bestowal. How can we help him relate the “blows of fate” to the goal? What does he lack for that?

Answer: He lacks the force of overcoming.

Having found myself in trouble, I begin to blame myself for past mistakes and thrash about in the grip of misfortunes. And the following chain unfolds:

1. Can I “cover” all of this with accepting the higher management? After all, the essence of trouble is “help against the Creator” that is designed to make me think about Him, recall that even unhappiness comes from Him.
2. I understand that they are goal-oriented.
3. I “cling” not to them, but to the goal, to which they lead me.
4. I am aware that they direct me upwards so that I rise above them and adhere to the Creator because in adhesion with Him, I will achieve the best possible conditions, will join the Good That Does Good.

I have to go through all of this. And if I am not in troubles, my desire, my egoism, my nature, will not give me even a second to think about the goal of life. Is it possible to wake up egoism without troubles?

Elul 18: Dia de Baal Shem Tov

A partir dos ensinamentos de Rabi Israel Baal Shem Tov, 

O décimo oitavo dia do mês de Elul, 12 dias antes de Rosh Hashaná, é o dia do Rabbi Israel Baal Shem Tov nasceu, em 1698. 18 / 'Chai'(1) Elul foi também o dia em que ele revelou o movimento Chassídico no seu 36 º aniversário em 1734. Representa uma preciosa oportunidade para incutir em nossas vidas seus principais ensinamentos e sua essência. Para começar, aqui estão alguns dos princípios pelos quais ele ficou famoso, encontrados na posse de um neto do Baal Shem Tov, em Hamburgo (copiado do manuscrito sagrado de Admor Moharash).

1. Toda a Torá e o mundo inteiro não contêm nada senão a luz do Infinito (bendito seja) escondida dentro deles. Todos os versículos que falam de "não há outro além d`Ele" e "Eu encho os céus e a terra", devem ser considerados literalmente

Não há ato, palavra ou pensamento em que a essência da divindade não esteja contraída e escondida. Quando você ouvir atentamente a voz interior dentro de qualquer som físico ... você vai ouvir apenas a voz de Deus ...

E assim, quando você olha e ve com os olhos da sua mente, você vai ver a, aspecto a força interior da vida de tudo, não apenas o seu exterior, a camada superficial. Você não vai ver nada, mas sim o poder divino dentro de tudo o que lhes está a dar vida, essência e existência a cada momento.

E quando você ouvir atentamente a voz interior dentro de qualquer som físico que você ouve, você vai ouvir apenas a voz de Deus, naquele momento, como Ele está literalmente dando vida e existência ao som que você está ouvindo.

1. O "exílio da Presença de Deus" refere-se à fonte de força vital e poder divino que dá a vida de uma pessoa e a existência, mesmo no momento em que a pessoa transgride a vontade de Deus.

1. A inclinação ao mal e a luxúria são agentes de Deus. Eles realizam a vontade de Deus para enganar uma pessoa, a fim de que a pessoa os consiga superar.

A partir deles, é possível aprender a ser tão poderoso quanto eles são. Assim como eles nunca afrouxam no seu trabalho, mas estão sempre tentando destruí-lo dia e noite, (porque uma pessoa sempre deseja o que seus olhos vêem e seus ouvidos ouvem), assim como eles estão felizes e contentes por realizar a vontade de Deus,  deve ser tão claro quanto possível para você que Deus quer que você os consiga superar até que você consiga conquistar a si mesmo e todos os seus desejos estarão sob seu controle - até você os transformar para o bem.

Esta ideia é mencionado no versículo, "E também nosso gado virá connosco, não ficará um casco porque dele tomaremos para servir ao Eterno,nosso Deus;..." (Ex. 10:26), o que significa que vamos dar uma lição a má inclinação para agir da mesma forma que ela age para cumprir a vontade de Deus. E uma palavra para o sábio é suficiente.

1. Não tendo nenhuma fonte [divina], o mal não vem do céu. No entanto, o mal que existe tem um poder interior que lhe dá vida. E este [poder interior] é a bondade total. Então, se você olhar para o aspecto interior do mal, você só vai ver o bom e o bem nele.Se você olhar para o aspecto interno do mal, você só vai ver o lado bom disso ...

1. A pessoa tem que se apegar às palavras que ela fala. Porque cada palavra contém uma alma e divindade, quando você se apega a elas, você está conectado à divindade.

1. Tudo o que acontece no mundo, não importa quão insignificante, vem de Deus. E por isso a pessoa não se deve preocupar  se o que ocorreu ou não é de acordo com sua vontade.

1. Nem pensar sobre se o dia da morte de alguém ou o medo da punição no inferno vai despertar o coração de uma pessoa para servir a Deus. Mas sim o desejo de agarrar-se á fonte da vida e da bondade a fará despertar. E nem fazer jejum, nem afligir-se vai dar alguma ajuda. Mas esquecendo-se de si próprio, da profundidade do seu desejo de receber só para si, vai fazer isso.

1. Cada pessoa em seu próprio direito é [essencialmente] uma completa Torá espiritual. Se ele vai no caminho de Deus, essa [Torá] é absorvida em seu ser, de acordo com seu nível.

1. Quando uma pessoa reza por algo que ela precisa, ela deve orar para a força de vida divina escondida dentro dessa coisa e dar-lhe vida, que agora é sofrimento por causa de tudo o que em falta. E assim uma pessoa deve pedir a Deus que tenha piedade da Sua força de vida que está escondida naquela coisa.

1. A Providência de Deus estende-se a todos os seres criados, mesmo a objetos inanimados e a plantas. Não há nada que não é visto de cima em cada detalhe. Tudo foi feito com uma intenção particular. E uma palavra para o sábio é suficiente.

Além disso, Chai Elul começa a contagem regressiva final para Rosh Hashaná. É ensinado que cada um destes últimos 12 dias correspondem aos 12 meses do ano que termina. Em cada dia consecutivo, olhamos para os nossos "livros de contabilidade", verificando se se  serviu Deus no nosso máximo durante o mês correspondente, e como precisamos melhorar no futuro.

1. The entire Torah and the entire world contain nothing but the light of the Infinite One (blessed be He) concealed within them. All the verses that speak of this, such as "there is no other than He" and "I fill the heavens and the earth," are to be taken literally.

There is no act, word or thought in which the essence of divinity is not constricted and hiding. When you listen carefully to the inner voice within any physical sound...you will hear only the voice of G-d…

And so when you look and see with your mind's eye, you will see the inner, life-force aspect of everything, not just its outer, superficial layer. You will see nothing but the divine power inside all things that is giving them life, being and existence at every moment.

And when you listen carefully to the inner voice within any physical sound that you hear, you will hear only the voice of G-d as, at that moment, it is literally giving life and existence to the sound that you are hearing.

2. The "exile of G-d's Presence" refers to the life-force and divine power that gives a person life and existence even at the moment that he is transgressing G-d's will.

3. The evil inclination and lust are agents of G-d. They carry out G-d's will to mislead a person in order that he will overcome them.

From them, you can learn to be as mighty as they are. Just as they never slacken in their work but are trying to destroy you day and night (because a person always desires what his eyes see and what his ears hear), just as they are happy and delighted to carry out G-d's will, it should be as clear to you that G-d wants you to overcome them until you will conquer yourself and all your desires will be under your control - until you transform them to good.

This idea is alluded to in the verse, "We will take from it [from the flock] to serve G-d," (Ex. 10:26) meaning that we will take a lesson from the evil inclination to act just as it acts to fulfill G-d's will. And a word to the wise is sufficient.

4. Having no [divine] source, evil does not come down from heaven. Nevertheless, evil that exists has an inner power giving it life. And this [inner power] is total goodness. So if you look at the inner aspect of evil, you will only see the good in it.If you look at the inner aspect of evil, you will only see the good in it…

5. A person has to cling to the words that he speaks. Because each word contains a soul and divinity, when you cling to them, you are connected to divinity.

6. Everything that happens in the world, no matter how insignificant, comes from G-d. And so do not concern yourself with whether or not what has occurred is in accordance with your will.

7. Neither thinking about the day of one's death nor the fear of punishment in hell will arouse a person's heart to serve G-d. But yearning to cling to the source of life and goodness will do so. And neither fasting nor afflicting oneself will be of any help. But forgetting oneself out of the depth of one's yearning will do so.

8. Every person in his own right is [essentially] a complete spiritual Torah. If he goes in G-d's path, that [Torah] is absorbed into his being, according to his level.

9. When a person prays for something that he needs, he should pray for the divine life-force hiding within that thing and giving it life, which is now suffering because of whatever it is lacking. And so one should ask G-d to have pity on His life force that is hidden in that thing.

10. G-d's Providence extends to all created beings, even to inanimate objects and plants. There is nothing that is not viewed from above in every detail. Everything was made with a particular intent. And a word to the wise is sufficient.

Additionally, Chai Elul starts the final count-down to Rosh Hashanah. It is taught that each of these last 12 days correspond to the 12 months of the ending year. On each consecutive day, we look into our "account books", checking to see if we served G-d to our maximum during the corresponding month, and how we need to improve in the future.
